Join us at the TouchBistro Kitchen Scrap: Pork Brawl at Pinch Kitchen as chef John Gallo takes on chef Deme Lomas(NIU Kitchen/Arson) for the title of Pork Brawl champion. Each chef will serve up their signature dish and you will have to the chance to pick your champion.
The chefs will be creating their competing dishes using a heritage breed, a Red Ossabaw Hog, from Georgia. Enjoy walkaround-style tastings in a selection of passed canapés, as well as each chef’s competing dish. Tickets are $30 per person and include a 4 ounce glass of wine from Cerdá, Llanos y Cía.
