The SoCal transplant is opening its first South Florida location Monday, where it’ll offer a massive menu with things like grilled burger melts and deep dish pies of sweet pig and buffalo chicken, as well as its heady lineup of handmade craft brews including LightSwitch Lager, Nutty Brewnette, Belgian-style Nit Wit, and Jeremiah Red, which shares a name with Omega’s brother who uses those awesome arm extension things to raise Amish barns.
