Shelter services include safe housing, crisis intervention, therapy and advocacy assistance. Join for 60 minutes of blissful deep stretching, guided meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing. Begin your weekend by practicing gratitude and love while giving back to yourself and women in your community. Class will begin by setting the right intention for yourself and being guided through a chakra balancing meditation. There’s no better way to start your day with with a killer playlist and moves that will have you shaking your asana. All proceeds go towards Women in Distress Fort Lauderdale.
