Shelter services include safe housing, crisis intervention, therapy and advocacy assistance. Join for 60 minutes of blissful deep stretching, guided meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing. Begin your weekend by practicing gratitude and love while giving back to yourself and women in your community. Class will begin by setting the right intention for yourself and being guided through a chakra balancing meditation.
