Come to celebrate World Ocean Day at the H2O (Hollywood 2 Ocean Day) Art Festival on June 8th, 2019 from 9 am to 1 pm. Members of the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Leadership 43 class teamed up with Free Our Seas and Beyond and Surfrider Foundation Broward County Chapter to create a city declared holiday and community event to bring awareness to our residents, businesses and visitors on the ordinances in place that are helping improve our ocean’s health and the quality of life for the fish, birds, mammals and more! Live music, food, eco friendly vendors and artists, environmental non profits, give-away’s, performances and special guest appearances by some of our City Commissioners including Josh Levy, Mayor of Hollywood. The day begins with a beach cleanup at 9 am sponsored by Surfrider Foundation Broward County Chapter followed by the H2O festivities at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort Bandshell.
