Fooqâ€™s and Friends will host its next installment of the series â€Byzantine Nights,â€ which features Chef Roel Alcudia Chef of Mandolin Aegean Bistro alongside Fooqâ€™s Chef Bryan Rojas. Inspired by the Middle East, Turkish, Persian and Greek flavors will blend to create an assortment of colorful and cultural dishes.
Unwind with a selection of hookahs and artful belly dancing performances to connect with the splendor, ritual, and mystery of the Middle East. DJ Manumat will also be playing Middle Eastern themed beats to set an entrancing aura for the evening.Â To start, the mezes will feature unique tasting dips and spreads along with alluring flatbreads, followed by a delicious watermelon salad to diverge the pallet.
