Summer Solstice at 4555 Pine Tree

Summer Solstice at 4555 Pine TreeTuesday, June 21, 6pm-9pm – 4555 Pine Tree, 4555 Pine Tree Drive, Miami Beach

Douglas Elliman’s Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon together with The Collection Ferrari hosted VIP Summer Solstice celebration at 4555 Pine Tree, a waterfront home in Miami Beach with a massive concrete water-slide that leads from the second-floor to the waterfront pool. Guests also had an opportunity to test drive the elegant and sporty, new Ferrari Cali T.

The newly built mansion at 4555 Pine Tree Drive was listed for $34 million in January. Developed by Barry Brodsky and Brodson Construction and designed by Cape Town’s award-winning SAOTA architects, it’s a six-bedroom, 13,500-square-foot contemporary party palace, complete with pool, basketball court, and 100 feet of water frontage onto Indian Creek Canal.

The chic and sophisticated interiors were designed in collaboration with Nils Sanderson, a leading architect at internationally-esteemed OMA. Interior features few materials throughout the home including Limestone, Calacatta Marble and natural wood to allow their natural richness, texture and movement to achieve significance and warmth. The home is staged with modern furniture by Paulo Bacchi from Artefacto, adding $1.3 million onto the price tag.
