The National Hotel Miami Beach’s charming Art Deco restaurant, Tamara’s Bistro, and the restaurant’s new Executive Chef, Matthew McDonald, are launching an exciting new dinner menu, to be released August 1st, to kick-off Miami Spice. You can start your evening with cocktails in the Blues Bar in the lobby followed by dinner accompanied by a live Cabaret show featuring Miami’s most talented singers and piano player compliments of The Cabaret South Beach.
Following a refreshing cocktail, like “Basil Champagne Mojito”, indulge in the tropical and tempting hors d’oeuvres from Watermelon and Feta to Tuna Tartare and Bacon Wrapped Dates. Oysters grilled to perfection by Chef McDonald’s exceptional team are part of the intermezzo section of the menu and usher in a tropical and exotic feel to those sweet summer nights in South Florida.
The entrees in the menu leave guests begging for more of the delicious and appetizing dishes with creations like the Lobster Omelette, Poulet Roti Chicken and an exceptionally Herb Rubbed Rack of Lamb. The dishes are scrumptious and healthy, combining the best of luxury and comfort.
To complete a night of spectacular cuisine, guests can further pamper themselves and order some carefully crafted desserts from the pristine menu. Mousse au Chocolat, Banana Creme Brulee and Key Lime Tart are decadent and perfect to end another amazing night at the National Hotel Miami Beach.
