A Love Story Winery & Bistro will make guests fall in love with its unique and romantic concept. The labor of love and newest project was created by Cuban, dynamic, husband and wife duo Roger and Betty Marsan. Proprietors of “Betty Bu Party Rental” the couple have serviced South Florida for three decades, with their massive inventory and event services.
The massive property is surrounded, by an agricultural oasis. A Love Story Winery & Bistro is comprised of several distinctive areas: entrance/porch, dining room, wine tasting room, terrace, and gardens. Offering an exquisite menu curated by Chef Victor Millán, the location will open its doors in the upcoming weeks offering Miami’s favorite meal: brunch.
Guests need not worry, as whether wanting to enjoy great cuisine accompanied by a delicious wine in their dining room, a business meeting or happy hour by the spacious bar, brunch or lunch sipping rosé on their gorgeous terrace, there are multiple areas to choose from and for dining al fresco, a Miami favorite.
The Marsans not only conceptualized the venue but have taken the time to select every single item, from décor to collaborating with their seasoned team to provide a wide range of labels as it relates to their impressive wine selection. Multiple tastings resulted in what they will offer, and a menu designed to please various palates. A fusion of cuisines from Latin America featured with some American favorites, they will be open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.
For those looking for a more intimate experience, A Love Story will offer a wine tasting room featuring an incredible wine collection (as well as private label bottles). The space will double up as a private event space. Located in the lower level of the venue, with its own entrance and access to a private parking lot.
Designed to accommodate large special events they will also have various indoor spaces as well. Manicured gardens complete with a massive “dreaming tree” (complete with chandeliers) will serve as the perfect outdoor backdrop for a memorable occasion and tons of “Instagram moments.” @alovestorywinery
