Executive Chef Mathias Gervais (Chopped Champion), and Executive Sous Chef Vijayudu Veena have collaborated to create standout dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, India, China, and Japan. The menu features Pan-Asian cuisine with the bountiful flavors of the historical silk road and ancient spice trading routes.
