We joined Bushmills Irish Whiskey Ambassador and North Ireland native, Jack Ferris for an incredibly special tasting of Ireland’s rarest single malts – only possible by a distillery with over 400 years of whiskey-making experience. Aged malt whiskeys featured were: 11 Year Old Crystal Malt, 18 Years Old First Growth Bordeaux Cask, and the 27 Year Old Cognac Cask.

11 Year Old Crystal Malt was distilled in  2018 to mark the 400th anniversary of Bushmills license to distill. Produced from crystal malt the delicate aromas commence with spun sugar before leading into creme brule and butterscotch. 27 Year Old Cognac Cask Malt is a whiskey for the connoisseur of aged malt whiskeys, to be savored neat or with just a small drop of still water.
