The Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables is partnering with Water Biking Studio, Miamiâ€™s first aquacycle studio on Miracle Mile, and Pilates ProWorks, the established pilates studio located in Coral Gables, to host the first-ever Splash & Stretch class. Splash & Stretch at the Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables will blissfully energize your mind, body and soul through a variety of natural healing practices. Get your adrenaline racing with a 30-minute aquacycle class led by Water Biking Studioâ€™s Daryl White, plus a soul-centering 30-minutes of Pilates ProWorks led by instructor, Francine Acevdo. Splash & Stretch is $25 per person for the hour-long experience. Space is limited. Each class will be intimately sized and will have a maximum of 20 guests, 10 guests at a time in each station. Water shoes for aquacycle will be provided.
