Guest can enjoy a week-longÂ adventure, sip, savor and experience conscious, sustainable plant-based living. All activities are carefully crafted to take guests through a one-of-a-kind journey from cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, the veggie burger battle, celebrity chef dinners, craft beer and spirits tastings, fitness to body care, workshops, yoga & meditation, a 5k run, kids day and more. SFWFs line-up features something for everyone and showcases the beauty of the tropical paradise that is Miami and her beaches. Everything served during the festival isÂ plant-based / vegan and whenever possible organic and non-gmo certified.
SEED Festival Day Tasting Village featured FREE sampling all day at the ultimate day of plant-based health, wellness conscious, sustainable and vegan living with a beer garden, Chef demonstrations, speaker stage, yoga lounge, fitness zone, crafts, apparel, edible garden wines, organic cruelty free beauty bar, and over 200 restaurants, bakeries, spirits and juices sampling delicious plant-based treats all day. Mantra Yoga + Health Magazine hosted a morning celebration of mindful living at The Sacred Space Miami, featuring a yoga practice by Eoin Finn and Yana Guseva followed by a guided meditation session with Jennifer Grace. After yoga and meditation guest dig into a delicious, organic, plant-powered brunch made by an impressive lineup of culinary all-stars: Matthew Kenney – The Sacred Space Miami, Allen Susser – Cafe at Book & Books, Amber Antonelli – The Naked Bite, Steve Santana – Taquiza, Dewey Losasso – Bill Hansen Catering, and Max Santiago – The Salty Donut, all paired with JoJo tea and Tito’s VodkaÂ cocktails.
