– Tuscan-Braised Short Ribs with celery root puree, balsamic-rosemary carrots
– Middle Eastern Shrimp featuring gulf shrimp, chermoula, Indian dahl, Biquinho peppers
– Purdy N Pear made with Pear vodka, St. Germaine liqueur, fresh lime juice, prosecco, fresh strawberries, basil
– Indian Style Guacamole with avocado, chermoula, red onion, cilantro, crisped chick peas, lemon-scented olive oil, fried naan.
