Itâ€™s almost time to ring in the New Year and Our Passion at the Trio is ready to celebrate! Chef Lobeck has created a four-course meal for all his guests to enjoy, which also includes a glass of wine or a glass of champagne. To start, guests have a choice of a grouper ceviche or a beef Carpaccio followed by a mixed green salad with shredded carrots, candied walnuts with balsamic vinaigrette. The main-course is again left up to the guest with a choice of seared ahi tuna with teriyaki glaze on a bed of pureed cauliflower or Beef Wellington with bacon wrapped asparagus. No meal is complete without dessert. This four-course meal ends with a delicious classic caramel flan. Our Passion at the Trio is offering two seatings on this night of celebration. The first seating will begin at 7:00pm followed by the second at 10:00pm. Ticket prices are $50 per person.
