Midtown Miami Magazine and Phuc Yea presented the “1st Annual Made In Dade Chef’s Cookout” featuring Miami’s very own Chefs Michael Beltran (Ariete), Rene Reyes & John Gallo (Pinch Kitchen) Niven Patel (Ghee Indian Kitchen) and Cesar Zapata (Phuc Yea). It was fun and casual craw-fish boil with craft cocktails, a shucks and suds station with Blue Island Oysters and a other amazing eats like Viet Cajun Seafood Boil, Carmel Pork Spare Ribs and Caja China to celebrate the best of those Made in Dade!
