Venezuela’s Da Silva Hospitality Group’s first U.S. venture ZUCCA Ristorante & Bar brings authentic, artisanal Italian cuisine to Coral Gables. A hand-selected culinary team from Italy was brought to helm ZUCCA’s kitchen and includes Michelin-trained, Chef Tony Maldonado and sous chefs Egidio Forastiere and Ludovico Amadio. The restaurant will also serve exclusive craft cocktails by the bar-masters of Cocktail Cartel, like Nonna’s Mule, Zucca Frose, Aperol Frizz, Fifty Sage of Grey, or Fiori di Sicillia.
Zucca’s menu will include light bites, land and sea meats, crafted cocktails and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar. Lunch will be served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the dinner menu is available Mondays through Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sundays from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. @ZuccaMiami
