Miami Beach Philanthropy Social Trends Tasting Event

Paint & Sip with Naked Turtle White Rum

Paint & Sip with Naked Turtle White RumThursday, June 15, 7pm-9pm – The Ritz –Carlton South Beach, 1 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach

In honor of World Sea Turtle Day, Naked Turtle White Rum hosted a paint & sip event at Dilido Beach Club at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. Since its start in 2012, Naked Turtle White Rum has proudly partnered with the Sea Turtle Conservancy. Sea Turtle Conservancy’s research and conservation initiatives have been instrumental in saving the Caribbean green sea turtle from immediate extinction, as well as raising awareness and protection for sea turtles across the globe with 50 years of experience in national and international sea turtle conservation, research and educational endeavors.

For every bottle of The Naked Turtle White Rum made, a donation is made to the Sea Turtle Conservancy to save a baby sea turtle hatchling, up to 2 million bottles per year, and so far the program has saved 234,000 baby sea turtles. Naked Turtle rum is crafted with the finest sugarcane molasses and bottled “naked,” which means it never touches the inside of an oak barrel, letting crystal clear taste shine through. Naked Turtle tastes best with soda water or fresh fruit juice, but is also a perfect base for tropical cocktails like colada, daiquiri, mojito, rumrita, cosmo, mule, or Naked on the Beach. At Paint & Sip with Naked Turtle White Rum attendees shellebrated by painting their own original sea turtle painting while sipping on delicious Naked Turtle cocktails – the perfect opportunity to #SipNakedSaveTurtles.
