The mural celebrates Overtown’s history and honors the late Judge Lawson E. Thomas, Miami’s first Black judge.

11:15 am – 12:00 pm University of Miami Center for Global Black Studies – tour of the exhibition Miami Muse. Group makes their own way over to Hampton Art Lovers at the Historic Ward Rooming House.
