Tuesday, October 10, 6pm-8pm – Glass & Vine, 2820 McFarlane Rd, Coconut Grove
Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli of Glass and Vine hosted Slow Food Miami’s “Snail Social†in Coconut Grove. All of the proceeds from the event will go toward farm aid organizations for post Hurricane Irma recovery. Focused on locally-sourced fresh ingredients, the Glass and Vine’s menu is inspired by the lush, wild beauty of nature of Coconut Grove. Giorgio, known for his wildly popular pop-up, Eating House, and for being the Magic City’s first winner of Food Network’s Chopped, prepares classic dishes with European and Latin influences. Guests enjoyed a specially-prepared cocktail, the Ricky Ricardo, a combination of Absolut, Campari, Giffard Framboise and pineapple. Guests staying for dinner at Glass and Vine also enjoyed a complimentary Magic Shell dessert with the purchase of a meal.#SnailSocial #SlowFood @SlowFoodMiami @GlassandVine
