Palat Miami is the newest addition to the Aldo Lamberti Family of Restaurants, conveniently located few blocks away from Miami Design District. A contemporary chic interior gives this restaurant a cozy ambiance. Crafted by Executive Chef Pippo Lamberti, the tapas-style menu features contemporary Italian accented charcuterie & cheeses, salads & crostini’s, small plates, few large plates, and an extensive wine list.
Creative and colorful small plats include pasta and small bites, meets & seafood, and veggies. Few of the recommended dishes are Insalata Verde ($8) with watercress, avocado, and Manchego cheese; Beet Salad ($10) with almonds, hibiscus, and citrus; Eggplant Caponata ($10) with truffle cheese; Tuna Ceviche ($15); Sea Urchin ($17) squid ink pasta with crab meet; and Charred Octopus ($15) with artichoke, rosemary pesto.
