The Paul & Young Ron Morningsâ„¢ radio show and its hosts Paul Castronovo and “Young” Ron Brewer will host their 21st Annual Holiday Food Drive to benefit Feeding South Floridaâ„¢ (formerly Daily Bread Food Bank). This year’s drive includes a Badia tailgate party with celebrity chef Ralph Pagano, Joe’s Stone Crabs, and a special visit from The Travel Channel’s Adam Richman, host of Man vs. Food. The chefs will be serving mouthwatering pulled pork sandwiches, sliders and more. Tickets for the tailgate, which can be purchased on-site, are $10 each, and all proceeds will benefit Feeding South Florida. The organization’s representatives will be collecting non-perishable canned goods and dry products (preferably no glass) and money at each of the stadium’s gates from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Much-needed are canned meats, tuna, stew, pasta, juices, rice and beans (dry or canned), canned fruits, vegetables, macaroni & cheese, and peanut butter and jelly in plastic containers. An easy way to help is to text the word FEED to 52000. A charge of $5 will appear on your cell phone bill. That will be enough to provide more than 35 pounds of food to those who are facing food insecurity.
