Photo Butler, a real-time, group photo sharing platform and mobile app, hosted a handful of star-studded and socialite. Among the week long events, Photo Butler presented a party at Soho Beach House, hosted by Rosario Dawson, Anna Rothschild and Claudine De Niro. Guests were invited to download the app and via a personalized live stream, capture the exclusive launch party. The evening also featured famed mixed media artist, Tiago Margo, creating live action paintings on canvas, and London turntables master DJ Jez Pereria.
Initially created to help celebrate and share photos at weddings, concerts, and athletic events, this time around Photo Butler is launching to the world of art and culture, teaming up with Art Media Holding to curate three unique public streams sponsored by Modern, ARTnews and AMH Ad Sales. Photo Butler will also be powering the late night activity for the Art Basel crowd to dance the night away as they will also be partnering with famed restaurateur/socialite Omar Hernandez of Omar’s La Ranita’s Pop Up at Employees Only.
Photo Butler is unlike other photo sharing apps. It empowers users to create or schedule a one-of-a-kind photo stream for any event or moment, and invite guests to view or contribute without the distraction of manually texting, emailing and uploading photos to social media. Additionally, Photo Butler uses advanced facial recognition technology to identify those who appear frequently in the stream and enable easy search as well as with its unique feature of artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The app has been utilized by both regional and national organizations, including Bridal Wars, a national competition and bridal show featuring fun, one-of- a-kind challenges; and the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), a two-day bike-a- thon across Massachusetts that donates 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for research and treatment.
