This year’s Miami Spice menu includes three courses dinner for $39 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Menu highlights include pear stuffed with cabrales cheese on a bed of baby greens; BBQ duck confit enchiladas with mango siracha and manchego cheese; oxtail empanadas; seared grouper with olive slsa, soft polenta and saffron broth; seared scallops with chorizo corn and maque choux; butcher’s steak with yucca fries; or Peruvian style chicken with fried potato and heirloom tomato salad.
