Each month Salute Market presents different featured menu focused on a seasons, region or inspiration. In February, the Month of Love, Salute will celebrate Valentine’s Day with the French wine and French classic dishes created by Executive Chef Nicolas St. Martin.

Language of Love menu includes: Baked Brie ($14) with pear amaretto coulis and hazelnut crumble; French Onion Soup ($9); Foie Gras Plate ($24); Butter Poached Shrimp ($16) with truffle polenta and black garlic veloute; Coq Au Vin ($24) with roasted garlic mash potatoes, mushrooms, pearl onions, and carrots; Filet Brulee ($34) with roasted garlic mash potatoes, spinach, tomato, goat cheese, and bordelaise sauce; and classic French Creme Brule ($8) as dessert. This delicious menu is best paired with selection of fine French wine.
