One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects officially topped off, marking a major milestone not only for construction of the elaborate and intricately designed tower, but also for the city’s ever-expanding skyline. The official top off height is 709 feet, or 60 stories. One Thousand Museum is the late Pritzker Prize winner’s first and final residential skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere.
ONE Sotheby’s Realty’s top-off celebration featured an exciting light display showcasing the building’s unique design against the night sky. Guests enjoyed a swanky soiree on the rooftop of the Frost Museum viewing the lit-up project, drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The top off comes on the heels of Impossible Builds, a PBS documentary highlighting One Thousand Museum as one of the world’s most complex builds.
