Allow Venezuelan Executive Chef Jose Pacheco to transport your taste buds to South America with his home-style cooking. Brunch highlights include a street food station with savory bites including Cachapa, Arepas, cheesy Tequeños, and Mini Empanadas. Sink your teeth into juicy Roasted Pork at a carving station. Guests also can savor a wide variety of Venezuelan cheeses such as Trenza, Guayanés and Queso de Mano, to name a few. Be sure to save room for dessert. Sweets include typical Venezuelan delights like Toronto, a Venezuelan bonbon, Sweet Arepa, and Papelón con Queso, a traditional dessert from the Venezuelan Andes, in addition to many others.
