Sam Talbot, Top Chef Alum & Celebrity Chef, and Evan Benn, Editor in Chief of INDULGE Magazine, hosted a spectacular evening of food and fun at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, presented by Mr. Greens Produce. Twenty of South Florida’s most popular chefs got Out of the Kitchen to cook table-side for guests at intimate tables of 12. Each chef prepared their very own three-course dinner for the guests at their table. The evening also featured a cocktail reception with pop-up restaurants, and desserts by Fireman Derek’s World-Famous Pies. All guests received a signed complimentary copy of Culinary Chair and legendary Chef Norman Van Aken’s new book “Florida Kitchen.” Proceeds benefit the cure-focused work of the Diabetes Research Institute.
