Join us for Pound, a complimentary 60-minute full body cardio jam session inspired by the sweat-dripping and energizing fun of drumming. Be sure to BYO yoga mat and we’ll provide the drumsticks and live drummer. After class, attendees can enjoy all-day access to the pool, as well as bites and a juice bar available for purchase – including treats like Yakitori Skewers and a Fruit Bowl Station. The class will be led by Rebecca Cantor, and while it is free to attend, we encourage attendees to RSVP because the class will be first-come first-serve as space is limited.
