Remember children who are less fortunate and support Kids in Distress at the Inlet Challenge Cycling Event, one of their most popular fundraisers. Choose your ride from Century (100 miles), Metric Century (62.5 miles), Half Metric (31 miles) or Beach Cruiser (15 miles) and ride at your pace along scenic A1A from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach. You’ll be joining Tour de France Top U.S. finisher Tom Danielson on the ride. Register as an individual or as a team of four or more cyclists and ask friends and family to donate to the cause. The cost to participate is $45 per rider. Proceeds help the Kids in Distress mission to prevent child abuse, preserve the family, and treat children who have been abused and neglected. Registration begins at 5:30 a.m., and the rides get underway starting at 7 a.m.
