Essex House on Miami Beach will showcase their “Natives’ exhibition during Art Basel Week. The famed art deco hotel will host 100 MIAMI magazine VIPs for an exclusive reception to celebrate the exhibition. The Natives exhibition contains paintings, photographs and works of other media that are inspired by the hotels lobby mural, which was created in the 1930s by artist Earl Lapan. The mural was unearthed during the Essex House’s recent renovations. Small bites and libations will be served.
