Tanjore, offers unique dining experience, blending traditional Indian cooking with a modern eclectic twist within a sleek and sophisticated setting, located in downtown Boca’s Royal Palm Place (former Indian restaurant, Sapphire). Restauranteur Christopher Corda, shares his love for the food and culture of his native India, by creating a world-class restaurant that would re-define how Indian cuisine is presented to South Florida. Chef Yogi prepares lavish dishes inspired by the diverse region of South West India.

Tanjore’s extensive menu offers something for everyone, including appetizers, salads, soups, tandoori, seafood, chicken, lamb, vegetarian options, and breads. List of nan breads includes traditional plain, rosemary, garlic, onion, Afghani, roti, and locals favorite Mushroom & Truffle nan. The lunches are presented in Tiffins, metal tins that stack upon each other and then interlock into one convenient traditional lunchbox, made of stack of four tins, each containing a different protein, rice, or veggie. Tanjore also offers a list of Indian sweets and desserts, also called mithai, a significant element in Indian cuisine. Restaurant features sophisticated modern ambiance, large outdoor patio, and the full bar.
