Pearl Restaurant & Champagne Lounge combines the chic Miami atmosphere with a sophisticated dining experience. Situated in the prime South of Fifth neighborhood, guests will be able to choose from oceanfront terrace dining, the spacious interior dining room, the sunken champagne and caviar bar or the ceviche bar. Pearl’s décor is gleaming white with orange accents and a flattering amber glow illuminates the space. Executive Chef Sylvain Noel’s globally inspired menu highlights different culinary flavors found in such exotic locales as Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
