Miami New Times’ Iron Fork will bring together some of our favorite restaurants and chefs from South Florida under one roof. Once again Chef Allen Susser, will oversee two of our city’s finest chefs go pot-to-pot in our Vegan vs Meat Eater competition. New school Chef Benjamin Goldman of Planta will show off his talents vs. Old school Chef Jorgie Ramos of Barley: An American Brasserie. Recently added restaurants rounding out the final lineup include: Edukos Tavern Miami, Philly Grub, Zubi Fish House, Mr. Chow, Los Ranchos, Los Tanitos, Pink Pie, El Rey de las Fritas, Bagatelle Miami, Killer Melts, I Heart Mac & Cheese, RA Sushi, and more. The epicurean event will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. for general-admission ticketholders. It will bring together thousands of young professionals, local businesspeople, and foodies for an evening of gourmet selections, tasty libations, and live entertainment.
