The special New Yearâ€™s Eve dinner menu starts with Maryland crab bisque with chives and double whipped cream followed by a garden bouquet salad with poached pears, goat cheese medallions and raspberry champagne vinaigrette.Â EntrÃ©e choices include Hong Kong style, yuzo glazed sea bass with garlic baby bok choy; petit filet mignon; jumbo crab in bÃ©arnaise sauce accompanied by butternut squash; or roasted duck with black currant sauce.
Dessert choices include flourless chocolate cake with cherries jubilee or Chef Chrisâ€™ signature apple strudel with warm, vanilla bean ice-cream. Guests can add an open bar tab to dinner from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. for only $25 more.
