Kicking off on December 9th and lasting four nights through December 12th, a Virtual Taste of sbe will feature a rock-star line-up of celebrities (Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul and Nick Jonas) alongside world renown culinary connoisseurs (Dani Garcia, Masaharu Morimoto, Dario Cecchini and Jose Icardi) creating Michelin-worthy dishes.
- December 9th: Award-winning culinary mastermind, Jose Icardi, will prepare Leynia’s legendary empanadas from scratch with a sweet, yet spicy, filling alongside a signature cocktail from Breaking Bad’s favorite duo – Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul’s – iconic tequila line, Dos Hombres.
- December 10th: 3-Michelin-Star chef, Dani Garcia, prepares a whole fried Asian-inspired marinated sea bass, a dish from the iconic Bibo menu, with a signature Villa One cocktail alongside pop heartthrob, Nick Jonas.
- December 11th: Fierce Iron Chef Morimoto, known for his unique style of food presentations, will demonstrate two Japanese-inspired dishes – make-your-own sushi with a spicy mayonnaise, sushi-grade tuna and pickled ginger, and a flavorful tuna pizza – from the Morimoto at Mondrian Doha menu.
- December 12th: Dario Cecchini, the internationally known Italian butcher from the Chianti region of Italy, will prepare Bistecca all Fiorentina, Florentine’s traditional steak recipe that only calls for five ingredients – T-bone or porterhouse steak, fresh rosemary, fresh sage, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper – the perfect dish for first-time chefs!
