Chef Michael Pirolo of Macchialina will be hosting a True Aussie Happy Hour! Pirolo will prepare a selection of complimentary passed appetizers made with the sustainable and pasture-raised meat from the land down under, True Aussie Lamb and Grass-fed Beef. Those looking to grab a drink at the bar can take advantage of complimentary cocktails provided by Plymouth Gin, England’s oldest distillery.
