Guests will be welcomed by a private cocktail reception featuring passed canapés before being led upstairs for dinner to indulge in Chef Ben Heaton’s specially curated four-course menu. Each course to be carefully paired with ZONIN wines. What’s more, Chef Heaton himself will be flying down from the original Byblos Toronto location to join guests and partake in the commemorative evening. Tickets are $65 ++ per person.
