The M. Athalie Range Cultural Arts Foundation will present itsÂ 15th Gala: A Musical Celebration of Life, a fundraising event to provid support to talented young African-Americans who are pursuing professional careers in entertainment. The evening will pay tribute to Thelma Gibson, H.T. Smith, Bill Diggs and Marlon Hill for their exemplary lifetime achievements and contributions to South Florida, and will feature a special concert performed by the critically acclaimed Dillard Center for the Arts Jazz Ensemble that reflects the foundation’s commitment to inspiring youth in the arts. General admission tickets are $75 with a reception beginning at 7:30 p.m., and VIP tickets are $150 and include a VIP reception beginning at 6 p.m. Program begins at 8:15.
