Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner? Especially when it is a Caja Caliente exclusive breakfast menu? On Friday, July 26th, Miami’s Cuban taco staple will feature a unique collaboration with BreakfastClub, run by breakfast authority Emily Elyse Miller, and Veza Sur Brewing Co. to release Vezayuno, a Sourdough Breakfast Ale, to make all your breakfast meals better. In addition, BreakfastClub will be celebrating the release its first ever cookbook Breakfast: The Cookbook, which will hold a collection of home-cooked morning recipes and will be available for $50.
Caja Caliente’s exclusive menu created for the BreakfastClub and Veza Sur collab only available at the brewery and to be perfectly paired with the Vezayuno Sourdough Breakfast Ale. Patrons can expect their new Caja Cuban Nachos- with Plantain Chips, Abuelo’s Crispy Lechon, Caja Aioli, Cotija Cheese, Pico de Gallo, and Huevo Frito- for $13. Also available will be the Disco Volador de Jamon y Queso- Ham, Swiss Cheese, bacon, egg and buttery cuban bread- for just $6. The staple Bougie Bean Toast- sourdough bread, red bean mash, feta cheese, sofrito, fried egg, & everything bagel topping- at $8. Last but not least, the Jamon Serrano and 12 Month Aged Manchego Cheese Empanadas at $5. Exclusively available with RSVP.
