The Related Group hosted the unveiling of Paraiso Park – a half-acre of green space located alongside Biscayne Bay’s coveted waterfront. The developer and Miami District 2 Commissioner Ken Russell celebrated the grand opening of the park and the success of the four completed condominium towers at a private ribbon cutting and unveiling event.
Situated within the 11-acre, four-towered Paraiso District in Edgewater, the public sculpture garden features open-air installations by renowned international artists, fitness equipment for the community to enjoy and direct access to the Biscayne Line – an in-progress 10-mile pathway connecting Downtown Miami to Edgewater.
Guests had unique opportunity to explore Paraiso Park and the various artwork, including ‘Column Tree’ by Florencio Gelabert Jr. and ‘Arbol de Luz’ by Rafael Villares. While on-site, families and friends experienced a day in the life of a Paraiso resident, with family-friendly activities, boat rides from the Paraiso Beach Club Marina and enjoyed cocktails and specialty food-trucks.
