Boulud Sud Miami, the French-Mediterranean restaurant based in Miami’s Downtown district, alongside Executive Chef Clark Bowen, Pastry Chef Saeko Nemoto and Sommelier Daniel Chaviano, invite guests through an exploration of regional wines from Greece with a three-course dinner experience. On Wednesday, October 16, Chef Clark, Chef Saeko and Daniel Chaviano will begin the evening at 7 p.m. with a wine and canapes reception followed by a seated dinner. Highlights from the menu include Octopus a la Plancha, Roasted Lamb, Riccotta Zucchini Blossoms and more.
Chefs and Sommelier Daniel Chaviano will be present throughout the evening to guide diners through the culinary experience. Space is limited and seats are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are $95 per person.
