Las Olas Boulevard, Fort LauderdaleFort Lauderdale Beach’s favorite concert series, Friday Night Sound Waves and new Saturday Farmers, Antiques and Artisan Market, super-size their regular weekend activities for a two-day celebration over The Big Game weekend on January 31 and February 1. The family-friendly programming which highlights the local community through food, art, fitness and live music experiences, as well as its strong ties to professional football, is the only free to the public event sanctioned by the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee in Fort Lauderdale.

The only Miami Super Bowl Host Committee sanctioned event taking place in Fort Lauderdale, the Friday Night LIVe Pep Rally + Concert kicks off at 4:00 PM with local high-school marching band performances and pre-gaming with food and drinks in the Taste the Wave Tailgate Zone populated by beachside restaurants along the new Las Olas Festival Street.

At 6:30 PM the 8-member Private Stock Band hits the mainstage for a thrilling ride of music from today’s top tunes to favorites spanning the decades. Make sure to stay mid-field for the FPL Half-Time Show and special presentation ceremony to St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders Football Coach, Roger Harriott on behalf of the City of Fort Lauderdale and Florida Power & Light Company for bringing home a 2019 Geico State and National Championship Win.
