Artefacto and Cervera Real Estate unveiled an expansive Artefacto designed model residence at Ocean House, South of Fifth’s newest and most exclusive beachfront residence. More than 150 brokers were treated to a champagne reception with a tour of the newly finished residence and grounds. Ocean House’s renovations are predicted to be complete by April, 2012. Blending Brazilian beach flow with Miami style, the Artefacto-designed residence at Ocean House features woods with stainless steel, acrylic, leather and white furnishings accented by champagne colors with items from the exclusive collections: Artefacto, Passport and Flight.  Notable guests include: Paulo Bacchi, owner of Artefacto; Alicia Cervera, Managing Partner of Cervera Real Estate; Sildy Cervera, lead sales broker for Ocean House; and Anthony Burns, Senior Vice President of iStar Financial, Inc.
