The glitz, glamour and international appeal of Bollywood, India’s famed mecca for the film industry is the inspiration behind the mystical Legends of the Full Moon party, featuring SOMA, a Hindu god of the moon. DiLido Beach Club will transform into a Mumbai movie set with mysical dancers adorned with sexy, silk saris. Star chef de cuisine Andrew Balick creates a menu of light bites fit for an Indian feast perfectly complimented by a selection of cocktails and soma (a name of a drink said to be consumed by the gods) by Ramsey Pimentel, the hotel’s master mixologist.
