The Nineteenth Annual Gifford Lane Art Stroll returns Sunday, March 5th, for five glorious hours beneath the vault of overarching trees from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. The free event takes place along Gifford Lane a normally sleepy little residential block near the Kirk Monroe tennis courts, between Oak and Day Avenues (3200 block) in Coconut Grove. There will be no vehicular traffic along the lane during the event to allow for meandering pedestrians, skipping kids, and of course, the purchasing of art. Again this year, there will be the popular “free monitored bike valet†down at the end of the lane provided by Bike Coconut Grove on the swale at the intersection of Gifford and Oak Avenue.
