Café Prima Pasta Celebrates National Ravioli Day with Complimentary Pasta Bites. A pinnacle in pasta history, Tuesday, March 20th is National Ravioli Day and Café Prima Pasta is celebrating with two dinner specials of perfectly puffed and stuffed pasta and free Fiocchi Rapera bites for every patron. Upon arrival, guests will receive a complimentary Bellini made with fresh peach puree and authentic Italian champagne followed by an individual Fiocchi Rapera, a homemade pasta purse stuffed with tart pear and an array of gourmet cheeses tossed in a creamy truffle sauce with crispy prosciutto. For dinner, patrons can choose from two nightly specials including Osso Bucco Ravioli ($45), lean veal shank slowly cooked in a red wine reduction, packed into a pocket of made-to-order pasta and sprinkled with delicate parmesan cheese or Lobster Ravioli ($38), heart-shaped, black and white pasta stuffed with fresh lobster and rich ricotta cheese. A complimentary glass of limoncello, a zesty lemon Italian liqueur served chilled is the featured after dinner drink.
