The ARC Broward Culinary Institute’s “Traveling Plate†is an underground dinner club, where “foodies†will experience delectable cuisine and meet new people in unique and constantly changing bevy of locations. Dinner events attract adventurous patrons looking for a unique culinary experience in a setting that is more social than a typical restaurant. The March event, with Guest Chef David DeLeon, Executive Chef at The Signature Grand, and Chef Andres Marin, Executive Chef at the ARC Broward Culinary Institute, will be hosting a cooking demonstration featuring local foods. Proceeds from the dinner will be used to fund scholarships for students with financial barriers so that they may enroll and complete ARC Broward’s 16-week culinary arts post secondary certificate program.
