Lincoln Road Business Improvement District (BID) will launch its new Health & Wellness Series, featuring Boot Camp by Tony Thomas on Saturdays at 9am and Warrior Flow Yoga by Adrian Molina on Sundays at 9:45am.
These complimentary outdoor sessions will be hosted at 1111 Lincoln Road. Although the iconic building can accommodate 550 people in its open-air space, the fitness classes will be limited to 70 participants, to ensure social distancing measures are maintained. Attendees will select a spot from the pre-marked floor – putting each person ten-feet apart – and the Lincoln Road BID’s ambassadors will be on-site to assist participants. The venue will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each session to the maximize safety.
Saturday sessions will feature Boot Camp by Tony Thomas from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. This challenging class incorporates plyometrics, resistance training, and total body conditioning drills. Tony is a beloved Equinox instructor who is a NSCA certified strength and condition specialist.
Sunday sessions will be hosted by Warrior Flow Yoga from 9:45a.m. – 10:45a.m. and is accessible to all fitness levels. The class is led by Adrian Molina, a senior instructor, community leader, and trauma-informed yogi who believes that yoga should be inclusive, accessible, compassionate, and fun. Interested participants must sign up for through Eventbrite.
For added safety, participants will be required to wear masks to the classes upon arrival and departure, but will not be required to wear them during the sessions.
