Chef Eileen will lead you through a hands-on tutorial on how to brine your swine like a pro, resulting in succulent, fall-off-the-bone tender Nochebuena lechon (*10 lb pork shoulder included in ticket price). You’ll also take home a printed recipe with instructions on how to finish cooking your lechon at home on Nochebuena. Once you purchase your ticket, you’ll be prompted to let us know who else is in your party (max of 6 people, please), so that we can be sure to seat you together at your reserved, socially distanced table.
