Helping locals survive the final day of the work week with residual smiles on their faces, db Bistro Moderne kicks-off a new Thirsty Thursday happy hour beginning on April 12th. From 5-8 pm every Thursday, Miami’s neighborhood bistro invites you to take a break from the usual routine, kicking off the weekend a day early in their inviting lounge. Enjoy $7 specialty cocktails like The Diego made with Stoli Vodka, yellow chartreuse, cucumber, and lemon or the Stoli Elit Filthy Martini with gourmet blue cheese and gherkin olives. Have a taste of Chef Jarrod Verbiak’s bar bites gone French including Montaditos (Pan con Tomate, Jamon Serrano, Manchego Cheese) for $8 or the Aioli (Market Vegetables, Mussels, Shrimp on a Crostini) for $10. While unwinding with co-workers or friends, guests will revel in the Pièce de résistance of the weekly happy hour – sounds by saxophone player Jon Sax layered on top of the work of DJ Michael Sarysz.
